Article 53 of the Mexican Federal Labor Law
The following are causes for termination of employment relationships:
The mutual consent of the parties;
The death of the employee;
The termination of the work or expiration of the term or investment of the capital, in accordance with Articles 36, 37 and 38;
The physical or mental incapacity or manifest inability of the worker, which makes it impossible to perform the work; and
The cases referred to in article 434.
