Article 5 of the Mexican Social Security Law
The organization and administration of Social Security, under the terms outlined in this Law, are the responsibility of the decentralized public agency with its own legal personality and assets, with tripartite operational integration, since the public, social and private sectors participate in it, called the Mexican Social Security Institute, which is also an autonomous fiscal agency.
