The Federal Center for Labor Conciliation and Registration will make public, for consultation by any person, the full text of the internal labor regulations that are deposited before such Registration Authority. Likewise, it shall issue copies of such documents, in terms of the provisions of the General Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information.
The full text of the internal labor regulations shall be available free of charge on the Internet sites of the Federal Center for Labor Conciliation and Registration.
Article amended by the Decree amending, adding and repealing various provisions of the Federal Labor Law, the Organic Law of the Federal Judiciary, the Federal Public Defender’s Office Law, the Law of the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute and the Social Security Law, in matters of Labor Justice, Union Freedom and Collective Bargaining, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 1, 2019.
