Article 133 of the Mexican Political Constitution

This Constitution, the laws of the Congress of the Union emanating therefrom and all treaties in accordance therewith, entered into and to be entered into by the President of the Republic, with the approval of the Senate, shall be the Supreme Law of the entire Union. The judges of each federal entity shall abide by said Constitution, laws and treaties, notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary that may exist in the Constitutions or laws of the federal entities.

Article amended by the Decree by which various provisions of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States are declared amended and repealed, regarding the political reform of Mexico City, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 29, 2016.
